Main Responsibilities

• Finance management:

- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g., sales revenues and liabilities).

- Forecast financial and budget.

- Analyze financial trends.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).

• Organize internal audits, monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.

• Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department).

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

We are seeking a Registrar to manage the safe packing, transport, and handling of artworks, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and care. This role involves overseeing shipments to and from museums, galleries, clients, and artists, maintaining accurate records of artwork shipping details, condition reports, and installation instructions. The registrar will manage logistical aspects of exhibitions, consignments, sales, and art fairs, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with artist liaisons on shipping schedules and handling requirements, maintaining the artwork inventory, and assisting with ad hoc projects. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual capable of managing high volumes of complex tasks while meeting deadlines and working independently.
