Join Dr. Sayan Daengklom and Dr. Chairat Polmuk for a conversation on Araya Rasdjarmrearnsook’s screening programme. Looking at three stories surrounding the artist’s home for her rescue dogs, Ban Wang Hma (Dog’s Palatial House), the speakers will discuss the creation and deconstruction of spaces, and offer an extended reading on emptiness.
Dr. Sayan Daengklom is an art historian, critic, and lecturer at the Department of Art History, Silpakorn University.
Dr. Chairat Polmuk is an Assistant Professor in literary studies at the Department of Thai, Chulalongkorn University. He is also a member of the editorial collective “Southeast of Now: Directions in Contemporary and Modern Art in Asia”.
