We are delighted to announce the participation of Supawich Weesapen, Moe Satt, and Cole Lu in the Bangkok Art Biennale 2024, which will be on view from 24 October, 2024 to 25 February, 2025.
Lu will be presenting a site specific installation jointly hosted by Nova Contemporary and the Bangkok Art Biennale at the Museum and Library of Abbots of Wat Bowonniwet Vihara.
This upcoming “Nurture Gaia” edition will address anthropogenic environmental impact through scientific theories and philosophies such as ecology, collectivism, and feminism. As such, the Biennale will take place across historic cultural landmarks and public spaces such as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha and the Temple of Dawn, the Museum Siam in Bangkok’s Phra Nakhon district, as well as various art galleries throughout the city.
